(Sun Pharma) will acquire Organon & Co. for $11.75 billion in an all-cash deal. Organon is a US-based pharma company specializing in women's health. The acquisition will strengthen Sun Pharma's global business, making it one of the top 25 global pharma companies, with combined revenue of $12.4 billion.
