(Tata Capital)a shadow bank, has begun institutional roadshows for its Rs 17,000 crore IPO, expected to be the biggest of 2025. The offer comprises 47.58 crore shares, with Tata Sons offloading up to 23 crore and International Finance Corporation up to 3.58 crore. Fresh proceeds will augment the tier-I capital base for onward lending.
