$UNITECH announced Q1FY27 results Consolidated Financial Highlights: Total Income: For Q1FY27, the company reported a Total Income of Rs 12,076.07 lakh, representing a decrease of 16.89% QoQ from Rs 14,531.46 lakh in Q4FY26 and an increase of 3.09% YoY from Rs 11,714.22 lakh in Q1FY26. Revenue from Operations: Revenue stood at Rs 10,601.06 lakh in Q1FY27, showing a decline of 18.59% QoQ compared to Rs 13,021.51 lakh in Q4FY26 and a slight increase of 0.96% YoY from Rs 10,500.26 lakh in Q1FY26. Net Profit/Loss: The company recorded a Net Loss of Rs 70,284.36 lakh in Q1FY27, compared to a loss of Rs 56,566.76 lakh in Q4FY26 (increased loss of 24.25% QoQ) and a loss of Rs 73,866.02 lakh in Q1FY26 (decreased loss of 4.85% YoY).
