acquired a 64% stake in Kotson's Pvt Ltd for ₹192 crore, expanding its capacity and vertical integration. Kotson's is a 1978-founded transformer maker with a 4,000 MVA capacity. Waaree also acquired a 100% stake in Impactgrid Renewables through Waaree Forever Energies. The Kotson's deal is expected to close by Sept 30.
