wholly-owned subsidiary, Waaree Solar Americas, received a 452 MW solar module order from a US-based developer. This is the company's fourth large international order, following 540 MW, 586 MW, and 599 MW deals. The order will be executed over 2025-26 and 2026-27, as Waaree plans to double its Texas facility's capacity to 3.2 GW by the end of 2025.
