the parent company of Zomato and Blinkit, has approved the creation of Blinkit Foods Pvt Ltd, a new subsidiary focused on the food services sector. This move coincides with the expansion of Bistro, their 10-minute food delivery service, currently operating 38 kitchens in Bengaluru and Delhi-NCR.
