PRAJ IND ; Praj Industries to Build Biorefinery in Paraguay with Enersur S.A. Praj to collaborate with Enersur S.A. for a full-scale biorefinery project in Paraguay. Plant will produce ethanol and co-products like DDGS, corn oil, SAF, biogas, and biobitumen. Agreement signed in presence of Paraguayan President Santiago Peña during his India visit. Biorefinery to use corn feedstock; 600 m³/day ethanol plant expected to be operational by Oct 2026. Praj to provide end-to-end solutions: tech licensing, design, equipment, and site support. Project to boost rural employment, clean energy, and reduce fossil fuel dependence.
