Sagility's fundamental growth story remains strong.

SAGILITY
Sagility's fundamental growth story remains strong. It is a healthcare-focused BPM/technology-services company serving mainly US payers, providers and PBMs, and Q1 FY27 showed strong revenue and profit growth. The main concern is that margins have softened sequentially, while the stock valuation needs to keep pace with earnings growth. 🟢 Q1 FY27 performance Revenue: ₹1,963.5 crore, +27.6% YoY Adjusted EBITDA: ₹471.6 crore, +27.9% Adjusted EBITDA margin: 24.0% Adjusted PAT: ₹269.7 crore, +35.1% Constant-currency revenue growth was 15.2%. The reported revenue declined about 3% QoQ, but management/analysis indicates that seasonality in certain contracts was a major factor; on a constant-currency organic basis, the underlying sequential growth was healthier. 🚀 Key positive triggers 1. Healthcare BPM remains a structural growth market Sagility focuses on healthcare operations transformation for US payers, providers and PBMs, giving it exposure to a large and relatively specialised outsourcing market. The company has 47,000+ employees globally. 2. CareSeed acquisition The acquisition of CareSeed added 26 clients and strengthens Sagility's capabilities in HEDIS and risk adjustment, areas closely connected with Medicare Advantage. This can improve its ability to win higher-value healthcare contracts. 3. Strong client/deal momentum Q1 included $35.3 million of ACV, indicating continued demand for its services. However, investors should distinguish between organic client additions and those coming through acquisitions. 4. AI and automation opportunity Sagility is increasingly using analytics, automation and GenAI to improve healthcare operations. This can help increase productivity and potentially improve margins over the longer term.
