On December 30, 2025, ACC Limited received orders from the Deputy Commissioner of State Tax, Nagpur Zone, and the Assistant Commissioner (ST) (FAC), Perur Assessment Circle, Coimbatore, under various GST Acts, imposing tax liabilities, interest, and penalties totaling Rs. 34.06 crore and Rs. 169.64 crore, respectively. The orders cited violations such as mismatches in tax liability, disallowed credit notes, excess ITC claims, and other discrepancies related to GST compliance. ACC Limited plans to contest these orders before the appropriate authorities within the prescribed timeline and does not anticipate any material impact on its financial, operational, or other activities.
