ADANIENT launches its 3rd public issue of NCDs of ₹1,000 crore
Adani Enterprises Limited (AEL), the flagship company of the Adani Group, announced the launch of its third public issue of secured, rated, listed, redeemable non-convertible debentures (NCDs) worth ₹1,000 crore, offering up to 8.90% annual yield. The issue, opening on January 6, 2026, and closing on January 19, 2026, includes a base size of ₹500 crore with a Green Shoe option of ₹500 crore. The NCDs, rated ‘AA-’ with a stable outlook by ICRA and CARE Ratings, will be listed on BSE and NSE, with allotment on a first-come-first-served basis. Available in tenors of 24, 36, and 60 months, the NCDs offer competitive yields compared to similarly rated instruments and fixed deposits, providing retail investors an opportunity to participate in India’s infrastructure growth. At least 75% of the proceeds will be used for debt repayment, with the remainder allocated for general corporate purposes.
