On December 23, 2025, Bank of India announced the issuance of Long Term Bonds (Infrastructure) - Series IV through private placement, with a base issue size of Rs. 5,000 crore and a green shoe option of Rs. 5,000 crore, totaling Rs. 10,000 crore. The bonds, with a face value of Rs. 1 lakh each, are unsecured, subordinated, redeemable, non-convertible, taxable, listed, and fully paid-up, carrying a coupon rate of 7.23% p.a. The issue was oversubscribed by 3.06 times, receiving bids worth Rs. 15,305 crore, of which Rs. 10,000 crore was accepted. The issue opened and closed on December 23, 2025, with the deemed date of allotment set for December 26, 2025. Out of 83 bids received via the NSE Electronic Bidding Platform, 37 were accepted. This information was disclosed under Regulation 30 of SEBI (LODR) Regulations, 2015.
