Ceigall Infra Projects Private Limited, a wholly owned subsidiary of Ceigall India Limited, has been declared the L1 bidder for a contract awarded by the National Highways Authority of India (NHAI) under Tender ID: 2025_NHAI_242354_1 dated 21st January 2026. The contract involves the construction of 4-laning of Sahebganj-Areraj-Bettiah of NH 139W in Bihar, spanning a total length of 78.942 km, divided into two sections: Sahebganj to Areraj (38.362 km) and Areraj to Bettiah (40.580 km). The project will be executed under the Hybrid Annuity Mode (HAM) with a construction period of 730 days and a 15-year operation and maintenance period, at a bid cost of Rs. 2,160.00 crores. The contract is awarded by a domestic entity, and there is no involvement of related party transactions or promoter group interest.
