On January 6, 2026, Hindustan Unilever Limited (HUL) announced the results of a Postal Ballot conducted to approve two resolutions: the appointment of Mr. Niranjan Gupta as Whole-time Director (Executive Director, Finance & CFO) for a five-year term from November 1, 2025, to October 31, 2030, and Mr. Bobby Parikh as an Independent Director for a five-year term from December 1, 2025, to November 30, 2030. Both resolutions were passed with overwhelming majorities of 99.56% and 99.58%, respectively. Mr. Gupta brings 30 years of leadership experience across various industries, while Mr. Parikh has over 35 years of expertise in strategic tax, regulatory advisory, and governance. Their appointments were recommended by the Audit and Nomination & Remuneration Committees and approved by the Board.
