L&T Semiconductor Technologies unveils 40 products

L&T Semiconductor Technologies Limited (LTSCT), a wholly owned subsidiary of Larsen & Toubro, unveiled 40 products at SEMICON India 2026 on September 18, 2026, under the theme “Silicon to Systems: Building the Ecosystem.” The portfolio covers applications across secure identity, surveillance, connectivity, computing, power electronics and critical infrastructure. The company said the product portfolio is focused on strengthening India’s semiconductor capabilities across national security, digital sovereignty and energy resilience. A key highlight is LTSCT’s first Silicon Carbide (SiC) product platform, including a high-performance 1200V SiC MOSFET designed for power-conversion applications such as EV fast chargers, microgrids, solid-state transformers and traction inverters. The company has also taped out a fully designed-in-India BLDC motor controller aimed at supporting energy-efficient BLDC ceiling fans. The controller is designed to serve multiple models while incorporating advanced protection features. Other products showcased include an indigenous Vision Camera SoC with on-device AI acceleration, a Secure Identity Platform, USB-C GaN charger technology and connectivity modules for smart metering, automotive applications and digital payments. The company said the showcase reflects its focus on moving semiconductor designs toward scalable, market-ready products and deeper ecosystem collaboration.
