LODHA

On January 19, 2026, Lodha Developers Ltd signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) with the Maharashtra government at the World Economic Forum in Davos, committing an additional ₹1 lakh crore investment to develop a 2.5-gigawatt data centre park, making it the largest in India with a total investment of ₹1.3 lakh crore. This follows a previous ₹30,000 crore agreement signed in September 2025 under the state’s Green Integrated Data Centre Park policy. The project is expected to create over 16,000 jobs and host major players like Amazon and STT Global Data Centres. Lodha, a leading luxury real estate developer, will act as the developer for the park, furthering its commitment to Maharashtra’s growth and its vision of ‘Building a Better Life.’
