On January 9, 2026, NIIT Learning Systems Limited announced that its wholly-owned subsidiary, NIIT (USA), Inc., has acquired 100% equity stake in SweetRush, Inc., a San Francisco-based leader in strategic training interventions and custom learning solutions for Fortune 1000 enterprises and professional associations. The acquisition, completed for an aggregate purchase price of up to USD 26 million (including an earnout amount over five years), aligns with NIIT MTS’ growth strategy to expand capabilities, penetrate new markets, and enhance its Managed Learning Services platform. SweetRush, founded in 2001, reported an estimated turnover of USD 22.4 million for the financial year ending December 31, 2025. The acquisition aims to integrate SweetRush’s AI-enabled, human-centered learning design with NIIT’s global managed learning scale, offering an expanded portfolio of services and fostering long-term client engagements. No regulatory approvals were required for the transaction.
