acquires 76% stake in Veeral Controls Pvt Ltd

Quality Power Electrical Equipments Ltd has acquired a 76% equity stake in Veeral Controls Pvt Ltd, a Gandhinagar-based company specializing in high current power electronics and industrial power conversion systems. Veeral Controls, founded in 1993, designs and manufactures advanced rectifier systems, power supplies, and traction conversion equipment for applications in hydrogen production, railways, heavy industry, nuclear facilities, and defense. The acquisition strengthens Quality Power’s capabilities in high current rectification and industrial power conversion, complementing its existing portfolio of high voltage grid equipment and power quality systems. Veeral Controls will continue operations with support from Quality Power’s financial resources and global reach, aligning with the Group’s energy transition strategy.
