Shakti Pumps (India) Limited has received a Letter of Award from Karnataka Renewable Energy Development Limited for the design, manufacture, supply, transport, installation, testing, and commissioning of 16,780 Stand-alone Off-Grid DC Solar Photovoltaic Water Pumping Systems under Component-B of the PM-KUSUM scheme for the state of Karnataka. The total contract value is Rs. 654.03 Crores (inclusive of GST), with the project completion deadline set for March 31, 2026. The awarding entity is domestic, and there is no involvement of the promoter group or related party transactions.
