VA TECH WABAG Limited, a global leader in water technology, announced on January 13, 2026, that it has secured a ‘Large’ order from Bharat Petroleum Corporation Limited (BPCL) for advanced industrial water treatment facilities as part of the Bina Petchem and Refinery Expansion Project in Madhya Pradesh, India. The project, valued between INR 250 to INR 600 crores, involves the design, engineering, procurement, construction, installation, testing, and commissioning of a comprehensive Water Block Package, including a Raw Water Treatment Plant (RWTP), Reverse Osmosis-based Demineralization Plant (RODMP), and Zero Liquid Discharge Plant (ZLDP). Scheduled for completion within 22 months, this domestic project highlights WABAG’s expertise in delivering complex water solutions and reinforces its leadership in the Oil & Gas sector.
