ATUL AUTO: ACQUIRES L5 ELECTRIC THREE-WHEELER BUSINESS FROM SUBSIDIARY Board approved acquisition of L5 Electric 3-Wheeler business from Atul Greentech Pvt Ltd via slump sale for ₹352.6 lakh (cash consideration). Move allows subsidiary to focus on battery manufacturing & BMS, while Atul Auto scales EV 3-wheeler operations and leverages synergies in marketing, dealer network, and after-sales. L5 EVs already exported to Belgium, France, Italy, South Africa, Peru & Philippines; division has posted losses over last 3 years despite rising turnover.
