DEEPAK FERTILISERS Q1: CROP NUTRITION SHOWS RESILIENCE DESPITE MONSOON & COST HEADWINDS 🌾📈 • 🌧️ Crop Nutrition business faced a challenging quarter due to delayed monsoon, higher raw material costs and inadequate subsidy support. • 🌱 NPK manufactured sales increased to 133 KT, up 4% YoY and 11% QoQ, despite supply-side disruptions. • 🌾 Croptek delivered resilient performance, while Specialty Fertilizer volumes were impacted by higher sulphur prices, lower Bensulf utilisation and regulatory restrictions. • ⭐️ Specialty and Croptek products contributed 43% of segment revenue, reinforcing the company's premiumisation strategy. • 📈 Management expects demand to remain supported by widespread rainfall, while timely government revision of nutrient subsidies and focus on irrigated, high-potential sowing regions are expected to support future growth.
