HCLTECH: SIGNS GLOBAL PREMIER PARTNERSHIP WITH ANTHROPIC

HCLTech has entered into a Global Premier Partnership with Anthropic to accelerate enterprise adoption of Agentic AI, with a focus on safety, cybersecurity and governance. HCLTech will establish a dedicated Anthropic Business Unit and Centre of Excellence (CoE), including secure sandbox environments for enterprise Claude deployments. HCLSoftware will become an Anthropic ISV partner, embedding Claude and Claude Code into select products, including HCL BigFix and HCL AppScan. HCLTech will integrate Claude and Claude Code into its AIForce agentic software engineering platform across IT support, code remediation and digital employee services. AI workflows will incorporate policy guardrails, exception handling and human oversight for high-impact changes. Impact: Positive — Strengthens HCLTech’s enterprise AI capabilities and creates additional monetisation opportunities across AI services, software products and agentic engineering, while improving its positioning in the rapidly growing enterprise AI ecosystem.
