LEMON TREE HOTELS: REORGANISES GROUP; WARBURG PINCUS TO INVEST ₹960 CR IN FLEUR HOTELS Lemon Tree Hotels approved a composite scheme to separate its asset-light hotel management business and asset-heavy ownership platform into Fleur Hotels. Warburg Pincus will acquire APG’s 41.09% stake in Fleur and invest up to ₹960 crore as primary capital for expansion. Under the reorganisation, 12 hotels and the development pipeline will move to Fleur, which will be listed separately post approvals.
