Pine Labs has appointed Jayaram Karthik as Chief Operations Officer (COO). Karthik will lead operations and merchant experience across India and international markets, supporting the company’s technology-enabled operating model. He brings over 25 years of experience across operations, risk, analytics and technology. He has previously held leadership positions at American Express, Citibank, Amazon, Tata and Razorpay. His mandate will focus on strengthening operating processes, standardisation and merchant journeys as Pine Labs continues to scale its global operations. Pine Labs currently operates across more than 20 countries.
