ZYDUS LIFESCIENCES: STREAMLINES FRANCE SUBSIDIARY STRUCTURE WITH AMPLIMAN 1 DISSOLUTION Zydus Lifesciences Limited has dissolved Ampliman 1, France without liquidation, effective 16 January 2026. All assets and liabilities of Ampliman 1 have been transferred to Zydus MedTech (France) S.A.S., a wholly owned step-down subsidiary. Auroralux S.A.S. (Luxembourg) and Ampliman 2, France were earlier dissolved as part of the restructuring. The company stated that the reorganisation has no impact on business operations.
