Zetwerk IPO: The Business Connecting Thousands of Factories

Imagine a company wins a huge power equipment order but doesn’t have every factory or machine needed to fulfil it. Instead of managing hundreds of suppliers, it can rely on a manufacturing partner that coordinates production, quality, raw materials and delivery. That’s the business model behind Zetwerk. Its business has two major engines: manufacturing, which contributed around 59% of FY26 revenue, and industrial raw material trading, which contributed the remaining 41%. While manufacturing offers engineering-led services, trading generates large revenues but typically operates on thinner margins. Zetwerk’s FY26 revenue reached ₹15,913 crore, growing around 40% year-on-year. However, revenue growth alone doesn’t tell the full story. Investors must also examine profitability, working capital, cash flow and the sustainability of customer orders. 🇮🇳 Which Indian company could benefit from this manufacturing opportunity? Dixon Technologies —

DIXON
company operating in electronics manufacturing, a sector that could benefit from India’s expanding manufacturing ecosystem and growing demand for outsourced production. High revenue does not guarantee high profits; understanding business segments, margins, cash flow and customer concentration is essential before evaluating an IPO.
