Granules India enters the CDMO sector with the acquisition of Senn Chemicals AG.

Granules India Limited has announced the signing of an acquisition agreement for Senn Chemicals AG, a Switzerland-based CDMO specializing in peptides. This acquisition enhances Granules' capabilities in high-growth peptide-based therapeutics. "The acquisition aligns with Granules' vision to expand into the rapidly growing peptide-based anti-diabetic and anti-obesity market, including GLP-1 receptor agonists and other next-generation therapeutics," the company stated.
