HUDCO share price jumps over 3% after approval to raise ₹2,000 crore

UDCO share price jumped more than 3% on Thursday after the company announced plans to raise up to ₹2,000 crore through a private placement of debt securities. HUDCO shares gained as much as 3.48% to ₹203.50 apiece on the BSE. The board of directors of Housing & Urban Development Corporation Ltd (HUDCO), in a meeting held on March 27, approved raising of Unsecured, Taxable, Redeemable, Non-Convertible, Non-Cumulative Debentures (NCDs) with a face value of ₹1,00,000 each (Series -G 2024) on a private placement basis.
