ICICI Lombard sets board meeting date to declare Q4 results 2025

ICICI Lombard share price jumped nearly 4% on Monday after the company announced its board meeting next month to consider dividend. ICICI Lombard shares rallied as much as 3.94% to ₹1,790.95 apiece on the BSE. ICICI Lombard General Insurance Company announced that the meeting of its board of directors will take place on April 15 to consider and approve financial results for the fourth quarter of FY25 and the whole financial year 2024-2025. The company’s board will also consider a final dividend for FY25 during its meeting on April 15.
