Maruti Suzuki commissioned a new manufacturing facility in Kharkhoda.

Maruti Suzuki has commenced commercial production at its Kharkhoda facility in Haryana, giving a further boost to domestic manufacturing. The foundation stone for the facility was laid by Prime Minister Narendra Modi in August 2022 via virtual mode. Initially, the plant will have an annual production capacity of 250,000 units and will manufacture the compact SUV Brezza, the automaker said in a statement.
