Olectra’s Telangana State Road Transport Corporation (TSRTC) Electric Bus Order Reduced by 40 Units Olectra Greentech’s TSRTC order for 50 inter-city electric buses reduced to 10 units (delivered). Original order placed under Gross Cost Contract (GCC) / OPEX model for 10 years. Concession Agreement executed on April 9, 2023. TSRTC withdrew the balance 40 buses from the contract. Company confirms no material adverse impact as large order book remains intact.
