CO SAID IT WILL EXPORT SEMAGLUTIDE ONLY TO MARKETS WHERE NOVO NORDISK HAS NO PATENT AND WILL NOT SELL IT IN INDIA UNTIL THE PATENT IS GRANTED. SunPharma says it won’t sell Semaglutide in India until NovoNordisk’s patent expires, but it can export the drug to countries where the patent does not apply and the company remains excited about its investment in India
