The ONGC board has approved a ₹1,200 crore investment in ONGC Green Limited for the acquisition of PTC Energy.

Further to their filing dated 13.09.2024 regarding the signing of the Share Purchase Agreement for the acquisition of a 100% equity stake in PTC Energy Limited, they hereby inform that ONGC Green Limited (OGL) will utilize the Rights Equity Share capital proceeds for this investment. Additionally, the Company’s Board of Directors has approved the replacement of a ₹75 crore corporate guarantee on behalf of OGL for PTC Energy Limited.
