Aegis Logistics has reported results for the fourth quarter (Q4FY26) and year ended 31st March, 2026

The company has reported over two-fold jump in its net profit at Rs 524.31 crore for the quarter under review as compared to Rs 225.64 crore for the same quarter in the previous year. The total income of the company has increased over two folds at Rs 1,951.71 crore for Q4FY26 as compared to Rs 950.60 crore for the corresponding quarter previous year. On consolidated basis, the company has reported 45.69% jump in its net profit at Rs 410.37 crore for the fourth quarter ended 31st March, 2026 as compared to Rs 281.67 crore for the same quarter in the previous year. The total income of the company has increased by 51.47% at Rs 2,681.73 crore for Q4FY26 as compared to Rs 1,770.45 crore for the corresponding quarter previous year. For the year ended 31st March, 2026, the company has reported 78.36% jump in its net profit at Rs 943.55 crore as compared to Rs 529.00 crore for the previous year. The total income of the company has increased by 56.11% at Rs 5,054.18 crore for year under review as compared to Rs 3,237.55 crore for year ended 31st March, 2025. For the year ended 31st March, 2026 on the consolidated basis, the company has reported 35.39% rise in its net profit at Rs 898.15 crore as compared to Rs 663.37 crore for the previous year.
