HCL Infosystems raises Rs 55 crore via NCDs

HCL Infosystems has raised Rs 55 crore through the allotment of 5,50,000 Unlisted, unsecured non-convertible debentures (NCDs) of the face value of Rs 1000 each to the HCL Capital under second tranche through private placement on February 24, 2026.
