Indian Oil Corporation has reported results for the fourth quarter (Q4FY26) and year ended 31/03/2026

The company has reported 56.61% rise in its net profit at Rs 11,377.51 crore for the fourth quarter ended 31/03/2026 as compared to Rs 7,264.85 crore for the same quarter in the previous year. The total income of the company has increased by 7.12% at Rs 234,485.22 crore for Q4FY26 as compared to Rs 218,898.86 crore for the corresponding quarter previous year. On consolidated basis, the company has reported 77.98% jump in its net profit at Rs 14,458.08 crore for the fourth quarter ended 31/03/2026 as compared to Rs 8,123.64 crore for the same quarter in the previous year. The total income of the company increased by 7.22% at Rs 238,674.29 crore for Q4FY26 as compared to Rs 222,598.08 crore for the corresponding quarter previous year. For the year ended 31/03/2026, the company has reported over two-fold jump in its net profit at Rs 36,802.42 crore as compared to Rs 12,961.57 crore for the previous year. The total income of the company has increased by 4.79% at Rs 891,212.72 crore for year under review as compared to Rs 850,476.45 crore for year ended 31/03/2025. For the year ended 31/03/2026, on the consolidated basis, the company has reported over three-fold jump in its net profit at Rs 42,096.26 crore as compared to Rs 13,597.84 crore for the previous year. The total income of the company increased by 4.95% at Rs 905,615.69 crore for year under review as compared to Rs 862,876.46 crore for year ended 31/03/2025.
