JSW Steel’s consolidated crude steel production rises 3% in July 2026

JSW Steel has reported consolidated crude steel production of 24.02 lakh tonnes in month of July 2026, registering a 3.22% year-on-year (YoY) increase from 23.27 lakh tonnes in July 2025. The company's Indian operations reported a 3.73% rise in crude steel production to 23.39 lakh tonnes in July 2026 from 22.55 lakh tonnes in July 2025. However, JSW Steel USA (Ohio) produced 0.63 lakh tonnes in July 2026, a decline of 12.50% from 0.72 lakh tonnes in July 2025. The capacity utilisation for Indian operations for the month was at 87%. BF3 of Vijayanagar is ramping up well post re-start from June 23, 2026 and currently operating at above 80% of its rated capacity.
