Bajaj Electricals jumped over 7% after it acquired Morphy Richards’ intellectual property rights for India and neighbouring markets from Glen Electric for ₹146 crore. The deal strengthens its premium appliances portfolio, with Morphy Richards recording strong double-digit growth in FY25, and is expected to drive expansion and deeper market penetration.
