Bajaj Finserv to Acquire 100% Stake in Insurance JV for ₹24,180 Crore

Bajaj Finserv has signed share purchase agreements with Allianz SE to acquire a 26% stake in Bajaj Allianz General Insurance and Bajaj Allianz Life Insurance for ₹24,180 crore ($2.83 billion). This will increase Bajaj’s ownership to 100%. The deal, subject to regulatory approvals, marks the end of a 25-year partnership.
