BSE Shares Surge on Bonus Issue Proposal

Bombay Stock Exchange (BSE) shares jumped nearly 4% on March 27 after the company announced its board would consider issuing bonus shares on March 30. This rally ended a three-day losing streak. BSE last issued bonus shares in 2022 (2:1) and declared a ₹15 dividend in June 2024.
