CG Power Plans ₹3,000 Cr QIP at Discounted Price

CG Power plans to raise ₹3,000 crore via QIP at ₹660 per share, around 3.25% below Monday’s closing and 3% below SEBI's floor price. The QIP represents a 2.89% equity dilution. This comes after bagging its largest-ever ₹641 crore transformer order from Power Grid Corporation.
