Debt Fund Outflows Drag Mutual Fund Industry into Net Redemptions

India's mutual fund industry recorded net outflows of ₹52,949 crore in June despite healthy inflows into equity, hybrid funds and Gold ETFs. The overall decline was driven by massive ₹1.09 lakh crore withdrawals from debt funds, although total outflows eased from May's ₹64,021 crore.
