Defence Stocks Surge on Order Wins, Dividend Buzz

Defence companies rallied on September 12, lifting the Nifty India Defence index nearly 3%.

GRSE led with a 7% jump on strong volumes and dividend record date. MTAR Technologies also rose 10% after $43.9M orders. Astra Microwave gained 5%, while Mazagon Dock climbed over 4% ahead of its dividend record date.
