Gensol Promoters Resign After Sebi Order

Gensol Engineering promoters Anmol and Puneet Singh Jaggi have resigned following Sebi’s interim order over fund diversion and governance lapses. Sebi barred them from the securities market and from holding director or KMP roles in Gensol. The company has also been directed to halt its proposed stock split.
