Hero MotoCorp's ₹1,000-Crore Investment Lifts Ather Energy

Ather Energy shares surged 9% after Hero MotoCorp approved an investment of up to ₹1,000 crore in the EV maker. Hero, Ather's largest shareholder with a 29.48% stake as of June 30, said its post-investment holding will depend on the pricing and structure of the proposed securities issue.
