Markets Rebound Led by IT Buying

Sensex and Nifty recovered sharply after a weak start, supported by strong IT stocks and positive global cues. Sensex gained 0.69% to close at 74,616.58, while Nifty rose 0.68% to 23,123.65, ending above 23,000. Both indices extended gains for a fourth consecutive session.
