Nifty 50 Rejig: Zomato & Jio Financial Join Index

Zomato Ltd. and Jio Financial Services will enter the Nifty 50 index on March 27, bringing inflows of $602M and $308M, respectively. Britannia and BPCL face outflows of $238M and $225M. The rejig will also impact the weightage of several stocks, with the index’s PE rising to 20.2x.
