Nifty, Sensex Extend Losing Streak Amid Weak Sentiment

At 09:16 am, Sensex fell 590 points to 75,348, while Nifty dropped 196 points to 22,733. Broader markets saw sharper declines, with small-cap and mid-cap indices tumbling over 2%.
