Niva Bupa Shares Tumble 10% After Block Deal

Niva Bupa Health Insurance shares fell nearly 10% on June 2 after a block deal involving 56.3 lakh shares. Sellers Fettle Tone and Krishnan Ramchandra offloaded up to 7.2% stake at an indicative price of ₹82, a steep 11.1% discount. The deal size was estimated at ₹1,082 crore.
