Tata Capital Cuts Valuation Ahead of IPO

Tata Capital, set for IPO between October 6–8, reduced its post-money valuation by 5% to $15.7 billion (₹1.39 lakh crore) from $16.5 billion. The issue size now stands at $1.75 billion (₹15,540 crore) with a price band of ₹310–326 per share. Sources called it a goodwill gesture to leave more value for investors.
